Health Care  
Judy has worked with a wide range of health care organizations including hospitals, nursing homes, public health agencies, and private medical practices. She served as the full-time Diversity/EEO Coordinator for Lifespan, the largest private employer and academic healthcare system in RI.

Judy has developed in-person and computer-based training on providing patient-centered care that is sensitive to cultural, linguistic, and LGBT diversity. She has advised senior leaders on sourcing minority talent, and was responsible for managing affirmative action programs and federal audits. She also conducted department interventions to resolve diversity-related staff conflicts.

JKTC has provided diversity training and consulting services for large financial institutions, community banks, and a Fortune 50 consumer products company. Judy designed and led several multi-day education and planning retreats for a national insurance carrier’s “diversity champions” from across the US.

Judy has conducted diversity training and/or sexual harassment prevention for major universities, as well as for professional schools and state colleges. She can customize her programs for diverse audiences such as scientists, clinicians, students, faculty, and/or staff.

JKTC has been retained by federal, state, and municipal governments, law enforcement agencies, fire departments, court systems, transportation authorities, and local Human Rights Commissions.

Judy has helped many non-profit organizations enhance their staff effectiveness and client service, including a state-wide food bank, HIV/AIDS advocacy group, mental health residential program, and immigrant/refugee agency.

Professional Groups
Judy is often invited to make presentations at conferences, lead workshops at professional development days, or provide continuing education seminars.  Her clients have included social work associations, judges, human resource directors, and workers’ compensation specialists.
